Last Updated: 23 September 2026

Welcome to Bravenholt Lahne.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bravenholtlahne.store, including any products, services, features, content and purchases made through our website.

Throughout these Terms, the terms "Bravenholt Lahne", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bravenholt Lahne.

The terms "you", "your" and "customer" refer to any person accessing our website or purchasing products through it.

By accessing our website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services are supplied subject to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including Schedule 2 — Australian Consumer Law ("ACL"), where applicable.

Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Among other things, goods supplied to consumers must, where applicable:

  • be of acceptable quality;

  • be fit for their usual purpose;

  • be fit for any particular purpose made known to us where the customer reasonably relies on our skill or judgement;

  • match their description;

  • match any applicable sample or demonstration model;

  • come with clear title;

  • be free from undisclosed securities or charges;

  • satisfy applicable express warranties; and

  • otherwise comply with applicable consumer guarantees.

Nothing contained in these Terms is intended to limit these rights.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website or purchasing from Bravenholt Lahne, you confirm that:

  • you have read and understood these Terms;

  • you agree to comply with them;

  • the information you provide to us is accurate and current; and

  • you have legal capacity to enter into the transaction.

If you are under 18 years of age, you should use the website and make purchases only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

  • changes to our services;

  • operational changes;

  • changes to applicable laws or regulations;

  • changes to payment or delivery processes; or

  • other legitimate business requirements.

The version of the Terms applicable to a purchase will generally be the version available when the order was placed, unless a change must apply by law.

Material changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing consumer contract.

The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.

4. Online Store Use

You must not use our website:

  • for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;

  • to violate applicable Australian or international laws;

  • to interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • to distribute viruses, malicious software or harmful code;

  • to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or accounts;

  • to collect personal information unlawfully;

  • to impersonate another individual or organisation;

  • to submit false payment or identity information;

  • to infringe intellectual property rights; or

  • to engage in activity reasonably intended to disrupt the website or its users.

We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our systems, customers or legal rights.

5. Products

Bravenholt Lahne primarily offers men's fashion, clothing, footwear, accessories and related products.

Product availability may change.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product:

  • photographs;

  • descriptions;

  • colours;

  • measurements;

  • materials;

  • specifications;

  • sizing information; and

  • other details

are accurate.

However, colours may appear differently depending on the customer's screen, monitor, device settings or lighting.

Minor visual differences that do not amount to a failure to meet a consumer guarantee may occur.

Nothing in this section permits us to provide materially misleading product information.

6. Product Descriptions

We aim to describe our products accurately and clearly.

If a product supplied is materially different from its description, the customer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law may apply.

We do not seek to exclude liability for inaccurate descriptions where doing so would contravene applicable law.

7. Product Availability

Products may be subject to availability.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve that product.

In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order is submitted.

If we cannot supply an ordered product, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • cancellation of the affected product;

  • a refund;

  • an alternative product offered for your approval; or

  • another remedy required by law.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

8. Prices

Unless otherwise clearly stated, prices displayed on Bravenholt Lahne are in Australian Dollars (AUD/A$) for customers shopping through our Australian store.

We aim to ensure all prices are accurate.

Prices presented to consumers will include taxes, duties or unavoidable charges where Australian law requires those amounts to be included in the displayed total price.

Delivery charges, where applicable and permitted to be separately displayed, will be communicated before the customer completes the purchase.

We will not knowingly use misleading pricing practices.

9. Pricing Errors

Although we take reasonable care when publishing prices, genuine technical or administrative errors may occasionally occur.

If we identify an obvious pricing error before an order has been accepted or fulfilled, we may contact you and explain the error.

Where legally permitted, we may offer you the choice to:

  • purchase the product at the correct price; or

  • cancel the affected order and receive a refund of amounts already paid.

Nothing in this clause allows us to disregard Australian laws governing displayed prices or misleading representations.

10. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers may be subject to specific conditions disclosed with the promotion.

These may include:

  • promotion periods;

  • eligible products;

  • minimum purchase requirements;

  • promotional codes;

  • purchase limits; or

  • other reasonable conditions.

Promotional representations will be interpreted together with the conditions clearly disclosed to customers.

We will not use these Terms to override rights arising from misleading or deceptive promotional representations.

11. Orders

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

After placing an order, you may receive an electronic acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order.

An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted.

An order is generally accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin processing the order for fulfilment, subject to applicable law.

12. Order Verification

We may reasonably verify an order before accepting or dispatching it.

Verification may be required where:

  • payment information cannot be validated;

  • information appears incomplete;

  • fraud or unauthorised payment is reasonably suspected;

  • unusual purchasing activity is detected; or

  • additional information is reasonably required to fulfil the order.

We will not request information beyond what is reasonably necessary for legitimate verification purposes.

13. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Subject to applicable law, we may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • the product is unavailable;

  • payment is unsuccessful;

  • there is reasonable evidence of fraud;

  • an order violates purchase restrictions clearly disclosed before purchase;

  • the delivery address cannot reasonably be serviced;

  • an obvious technical error has occurred; or

  • fulfilling the order would be unlawful.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received and no goods have been supplied, we will refund the amount required by law.

Orders will not be cancelled for discriminatory or otherwise unlawful reasons.

14. Payment

Customers must provide valid and authorised payment information.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

By providing payment information, you confirm that:

  • you are authorised to use the selected payment method; and

  • the information provided is accurate.

Payments may be processed by independent payment service providers.

Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply to their services.

15. Payment Security

We take reasonable measures designed to protect transactions and customer information.

However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their:

  • devices;

  • login details;

  • passwords; and

  • payment accounts.

If you believe your account or payment information has been compromised, contact us and your relevant financial institution promptly.

16. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery options available to Australian customers will be displayed on our website or during checkout.

Our separate Shipping Policy forms part of the information governing delivery.

Bravenholt Lahne may offer shipping options including:

  • Express Shipping; and

  • Standard Shipping.

Any delivery timeframe displayed by us is subject to the terms disclosed with that shipping method and applicable consumer law.

17. Delivery Estimates

Where we provide estimated delivery times, they are estimates based on information reasonably available to us.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances such as:

  • carrier delays;

  • severe weather;

  • natural disasters;

  • customs processes;

  • transport disruptions;

  • public holidays;

  • incorrect delivery information; or

  • events outside reasonable control.

This does not remove any rights a customer may have under Australian law where goods are not supplied within the required or agreed timeframe.

18. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for reviewing their delivery information before submitting an order.

Please contact us promptly if you identify an error.

If an order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the delivery address.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.

Nothing in this section removes responsibility from Bravenholt Lahne or a carrier where a delivery problem is caused by us or by matters for which we are legally responsible.

19. Risk and Ownership

Risk in products will pass in accordance with applicable Australian law and the circumstances of delivery.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by law or remove any responsibility that Bravenholt Lahne has for goods while they remain under our control.

Ownership passes in accordance with applicable law and completion of payment.

20. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected period, please contact:

help@bravenholtlahne.store

We may investigate the delivery with the relevant carrier.

Where goods have not been supplied as required by Australian Consumer Law or the applicable contract, customers may have rights to an appropriate remedy.

21. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Our voluntary return policy is additional to, and does not replace, statutory consumer guarantees.

Nothing in these Terms limits the customer's rights to a repair, replacement, refund, compensation or other remedy where Australian law provides such a right.

22. Change-of-Mind Returns

Where Bravenholt Lahne voluntarily provides change-of-mind returns, the conditions and return period are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.

A voluntary change-of-mind policy is separate from statutory consumer rights.

Any conditions imposed on voluntary returns do not limit consumer rights relating to faulty, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise non-compliant products.

23. Faulty Products

If a product fails to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee, the remedies available will depend on the nature of the failure.

Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include:

  • repair;

  • replacement;

  • refund;

  • compensation; or

  • another remedy required by law.

Where there is a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, customers may have the right to reject the goods and choose between a refund and replacement, subject to the ACL.

24. Consumer Guarantees

Consumer guarantees apply independently of any manufacturer's warranty, voluntary warranty or return period.

A time limit stated in a voluntary Bravenholt Lahne policy does not automatically end rights that exist under the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer guarantee rights may continue for a period that is reasonable having regard to matters including the nature, price and expected durability of the product.

25. Gift Cards and Store Credit

Where gift cards or store credit are offered, any additional terms will be disclosed when they are issued or purchased.

Gift cards will be administered in accordance with applicable Australian law.

Store credit will not be imposed instead of a monetary refund where the Australian Consumer Law entitles a customer to receive a refund.

26. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website materials belonging to Bravenholt Lahne, including:

  • branding;

  • logos;

  • original photographs;

  • graphics;

  • designs;

  • website layout;

  • written content;

  • product presentation; and

  • other original materials

are owned by or licensed to Bravenholt Lahne and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Access to the website does not transfer ownership of those rights.

27. Permitted Personal Use

Customers may access and use the website for lawful personal shopping purposes.

Except where permitted by law or authorised by us, users must not:

  • reproduce substantial website content;

  • commercially distribute our content;

  • modify or republish proprietary materials;

  • use our branding in a misleading way; or

  • falsely imply an association with Bravenholt Lahne.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any use that cannot lawfully be restricted.

28. Customer Content

If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, feedback or other content to Bravenholt Lahne, you confirm that:

  • you have the right to submit the content;

  • it does not knowingly infringe another person's rights; and

  • it is not unlawful.

Where you expressly allow us to publish such material, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for the purposes disclosed when the content is submitted, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.

29. Reviews

Customer reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not intentionally contain:

  • fraudulent claims;

  • unlawful content;

  • impersonation;

  • malicious software;

  • threats; or

  • content that infringes third-party rights.

We may moderate content for legitimate reasons.

We will not knowingly manipulate reviews to create a misleading overall impression of customer experiences.

30. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for functions such as:

  • payments;

  • website hosting;

  • analytics;

  • customer support;

  • fulfilment; or

  • shipping.

Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's own terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any responsibility Bravenholt Lahne has under applicable law for services provided on our behalf.

31. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites.

A link does not necessarily mean that Bravenholt Lahne endorses or controls that third party.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites except to the extent that liability arises under applicable law.

Customers should review the applicable terms and privacy practices of third-party websites before using them.

32. Website Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access to our website, but continuous or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

  • maintenance;

  • security updates;

  • technical problems;

  • hosting interruptions; or

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where reasonably practical, we will endeavour to minimise disruption.

33. Errors and Technical Issues

If a technical error affects an order, price, promotion or other transaction, we will address the issue in accordance with applicable Australian law.

We will not rely on this clause to avoid obligations arising from misleading representations or mandatory consumer rights.

34. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Where applicable, personal information will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy requirements and any other privacy laws that apply to our operations.

By using our website, you acknowledge that information necessary to process your order may be provided to service providers such as:

  • payment processors;

  • carriers;

  • fulfilment providers; and

  • technology providers

where reasonably required to provide our services and subject to applicable privacy requirements.

35. Marketing Communications

Where you choose to receive marketing communications, we may send information concerning:

  • products;

  • collections;

  • promotions;

  • offers; and

  • Bravenholt Lahne news.

Commercial electronic messages will be sent subject to applicable Australian requirements.

Where required, marketing communications will include a means of unsubscribing.

Transactional communications relating to an order or customer service request are separate from promotional marketing.

36. Prohibited Conduct

You must not knowingly:

  • commit fraud through our website;

  • use stolen payment information;

  • interfere with security features;

  • scrape the website in a way that causes material disruption;

  • introduce malicious software;

  • attempt to access restricted areas without authorisation;

  • engage in illegal activities using our services; or

  • misuse another person's personal information.

We may take reasonable steps to prevent or respond to such conduct.

37. Fraud Prevention

We may use reasonable fraud-prevention measures.

Where an order appears genuinely suspicious, we may:

  • request reasonable verification;

  • delay fulfilment while verification occurs; or

  • cancel an order where reasonably justified and legally permitted.

Any personal information collected for this purpose will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

38. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies:

  • the Australian Consumer Law;

  • consumer guarantees;

  • rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded; or

  • liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, Bravenholt Lahne is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control where we have complied with all applicable legal obligations.

Any limitation contained in these Terms is subject to mandatory Australian consumer protections.

39. No Exclusion of Statutory Rights

Any provision of these Terms that would otherwise exclude, restrict or modify a statutory guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded will apply only to the extent permitted by law.

If there is an inconsistency between these Terms and a mandatory requirement of Australian law, the mandatory legal requirement prevails.

40. Indemnity

You may be responsible for loss directly caused to Bravenholt Lahne by your unlawful or fraudulent use of our website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This clause does not require a consumer to indemnify Bravenholt Lahne for:

  • our own negligence;

  • our breach of law;

  • our breach of contract;

  • matters outside the consumer's reasonable control; or

  • liability that cannot lawfully be transferred to the consumer.

41. Force Majeure and Events Outside Reasonable Control

Where an event outside our reasonable control affects performance of an obligation, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.

Such events may include:

  • natural disasters;

  • severe weather;

  • widespread transport disruptions;

  • government restrictions;

  • major telecommunications failures; or

  • other comparable circumstances outside reasonable control.

This clause does not remove rights or remedies that continue to apply under Australian law.

42. Severability

If any part of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or severed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to operate where legally possible.

43. No Waiver

If Bravenholt Lahne does not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not automatically mean that the right has been waived.

Any waiver must operate consistently with applicable law.

44. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable policies and information presented to you during your purchase, form part of the agreement governing your use of our store.

Relevant policies may include:

  • Return & Refund Policy;

  • Shipping Policy;

  • Privacy Policy; and

  • any specific promotional or product terms disclosed before purchase.

Nothing in an incorporated policy may exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

45. Unfair Contract Terms

These Terms are intended to operate fairly and transparently.

No provision is intended to:

  • create a significant imbalance in consumer rights and obligations without legitimate justification;

  • allow Bravenholt Lahne to avoid mandatory legal obligations;

  • impose unfair penalties on consumers; or

  • permit unilateral actions that would be unlawful under Australian Consumer Law.

Where a provision is considered unfair or unenforceable under applicable law, it will not be relied upon to the extent prohibited.

46. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this section prevents an Australian consumer from relying on mandatory protections available in the Australian state or territory applicable to them.

47. Dispute Resolution

If you have a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.

Contact:

help@bravenholtlahne.store

Nothing in this section requires you to give up any right to:

  • contact an Australian consumer protection agency;

  • seek assistance from an applicable state or territory fair trading body;

  • pursue a chargeback where legally available;

  • commence court or tribunal proceedings; or

  • exercise another legal remedy available to you.

Please provide relevant information such as:

  • your name;

  • order number;

  • description of the issue; and

  • supporting photographs or documents where appropriate.

We will endeavour to review legitimate complaints within a reasonable period.

49. Electronic Communications

By placing an order online, you agree that relevant contractual and transactional communications may be provided electronically, including through:

  • email;

  • website notices;

  • electronic order confirmations; and

  • electronic receipts.

This does not affect any legal requirement for information to be provided in another form.

50. Contact Information

51. Applicable Legislation

These Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable Australian legislation, including, where relevant:

  • Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including Schedule 2 — Australian Consumer Law;

  • applicable electronic transactions legislation;

  • applicable privacy legislation;

  • applicable spam and electronic communications legislation; and

  • other Commonwealth, state and territory laws that apply to the transaction.

Where a mandatory legal requirement gives consumers greater protection than these Terms, the mandatory requirement prevails.

By accessing Bravenholt Lahne or placing an order through bravenholtlahne.store, you acknowledge these Terms of Service subject always to your rights under applicable Australian law.
